Clearli is our own bookkeeping tool for businesses with many partners and a lot of reconciling to do. Instead of forcing that work into generic accounting software, it follows the workflow as it is: each purchase is recorded when it happens, each transfer pays it down, and both sides see the same running balance.Clearli 是我们自己做的记账工具，给往来笔数多、对账费劲的生意用。与其把这种工作硬塞进一般的会计软件，不如让工具照着实际的做法来：有一笔消费就记上，转了钱就扣掉，两边看到的是同一笔账。

Why custom为何需要定制
Generic accounting software assumes one company and one set of books. Here one person keeps the books across several partners. Each partner has several companies, each company several cards, and one card can show a different number on the plastic and in Apple Pay on every phone. Every purchase belongs to a particular partner, every transfer pays one down, and store discount rates are tracked on the side.
Kept in spreadsheets, the balance is only as reliable as the last time someone rebuilt it.
一般的会计软件默认一家公司、一套账。这门生意却是一个人对着好几位合作方记账：每位合作方名下有几家公司，每家公司又有几张卡，同一张卡在实体卡上和每台手机的 Apple Pay 里，卡号还都不一样。哪笔消费算哪位合作方的，哪笔转账扣哪位合作方的，门店折扣还得另外算。
放在 Excel 里记，账对不对，全看上次有人从头算一遍是什么时候。
What it does主要功能
- Photograph a receipt: the card's last four digits, store, amount and transaction reference are read, and the purchase is recorded against the right partner, Apple Pay numbers included.拍下收据，卡号后四位、门店、金额、交易编号自动读出，记在对应合作方名下；Apple Pay 的卡号也认得出。
- Record a repayment from a transfer screenshot: the receiving company tells Clearli which partner it belongs to.转了钱，传一张转账截图，按收款公司认出是哪位合作方。
- Uploads wait in a review list until you confirm them; after that they count, with no back-and-forth approvals. A partner who disagrees raises a dispute, and both sides comment until it is resolved.传上来的先进待审核，你确认了就算数，不用一笔笔等对方点头。合作方觉得不对可以提出异议，两边留言，谈妥为止。
- Store names are matched loosely, so the right discount rate applies — “Sloane St” still finds “Sloane Street”.门店名字写法不一样也认得出，折扣率自动套上：写成「Sloane St」也能对到「Sloane Street」。
- Pick one currency for the total, or keep each currency on its own line; every conversion shows the rate it used.合计可以折成一种货币，也可以各币种分开列；每笔折算都看得到用了哪个汇率。
What it shows背后的思路
It is what we do for clients: rather than bending the work to fit standard software, the software is built around the work. Every entry, repayment and query stays visible to both sides, because a number people can trace is a number people accept.
这也是我们为客户做事的方式：不让业务迁就标准软件，而是让软件贴合业务。每笔记录、每笔转账、每个疑问，双方都看得到。数字能追溯，大家才信得过。
