An import and export trading company typed every item, code and amount from its purchase receipts into spreadsheets. We built Veri so that AI reads the receipts, and the team only checks what doesn't add up.这家进出口贸易公司，过去要把采购收据上的每件商品、货号和金额逐一手打进表格。我们为它开发了 Veri：收据交给 AI 识别，团队只需处理对不上的部分。

The situation背景
The company buys in volume, and every purchase comes with a receipt. Before the numbers could be used — for its own records and for statements to customers — someone typed each line into a spreadsheet.
It was slow, and a wrong digit usually surfaced only weeks later, when a total failed to match.
这家公司采购量大，每笔采购都附有收据。无论是公司自己记账，还是给客户出对账单，都得先有人把每一行手打进表格。
费时不说，一旦打错一个数字，往往要等几周后合计对不上才会发现。
What we built解决方案
- AI reads every line item, with layout rules for each store the company buys from.AI 逐行识别商品明细，并为公司常去的每家门店设定专属的版式规则。
- Receipt codes are checked against the format they should have; doubtful ones go to a person.单号按应有的格式校验，存疑的交人确认。
- Duplicates are judged per receipt, so two identical items on one receipt are both kept.以整张收据为单位判断重复，同一张单上两件相同的商品会分别保留。
- A review screen puts the photo beside the figures before anything is saved.存档之前，核对界面将原图与数字并排显示。
- Exports land in the company's own spreadsheet layout.导出文件直接套用公司原有的表格格式。
- Several companies, permissions per person, and a record of every change.支持多家公司、按人分配权限，每次修改均留有记录。
What changed成效
- Typing became a quick check against the photo.手打录入，变成对照原图的快速核对。
- Doubtful figures are flagged as they come in, not weeks later.录入当下就会标出问题数字，不必等到几周以后。
- The export is the spreadsheet the team already worked from.导出的正是团队一直在用的那张表。
What we learned心得
Reading a receipt turned out to be the easy part. The real work was deciding what the system should do when a reading might be wrong — and designing the review screen around those moments.
识别收据反而是最容易的一环。真正费心思的，是想清楚读错时系统该如何处理，再围绕这些情况设计核对界面。
