- How do you charge?怎么收费？
- Each piece of work is quoted once we've seen the process. There are no fixed packages, and the first conversation is free.了解流程后，按具体工作报价。不设固定套餐，首次沟通免费。
- What kind of work is a good fit?什么样的工作适合交给 AI？
- Work that is repetitive, follows clear rules and takes hours every week — for example pulling information out of documents and emails, reconciling figures across systems, answering the same enquiries, or rebuilding the same report every month.重复、有规律、每周都要耗上好几个小时的工作，比如从单据和邮件里摘录资料、跨系统核对数字、回复同样的询问、每月重做同一份报表。
- Do we need to change our systems?需要换掉现有的系统吗？
- No. We work with your spreadsheets and tools, and export in the format you already use.不需要。我们配合你现有的表格和工具，并按原有格式导出。
- Do you work remotely?可以远程合作吗？
- Yes. We work remotely, in English or Chinese.可以。全程远程合作，中英文均可。
